Capitol Hill Prayer Breakfast in U.S. Capitol Building (room S-120 - Senate side) at 7:30 a.m. every 3rd Thursday of the month. The Senate Restaurant will serve the "All American Continental Breakfast" (juice, assorted Danish pastries, coffee & tea) for $8.00 (includes 25% surcharge and 15% gratuity).
