Children are shadows of mother and Dad
Some of them good and some of the bad.
We have them and mold them for just a short while
Until they too walk down the aisle.

Then in a short while there are grandchildren too
And they have the character of grandparents too
So be very careful the shadow you cast
For on to eternity its going to last.
