OUR OWN CHOICE IN LIFE
THE INTRODUCTION
Joshua said, "Now therefore fear the Lord, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the others side of the flood, and in Egypt: and serve ye the Lord. And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which you fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord" (Joshua 24:14-15). Now, each day that we live upon the earth we must choose to serve the Master of our choice whether it be the Lord our God or whether it be Satan who is our Adversary. Therefore, we should choose to serve the Lord our God so that we can enjoy the Spiritual Blessings of New Testament Christianity in this life. Remember: All Scriptures which are used in this article will be taken from the King James Version of the Bible.
THE NEED TO SERVE THE LORD GOD1. We need to serve the Lord God in being our Creator because the Lord God is the Title Name of three Equal Persons who are called the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit in matters of our own creation of life. Moses said, "The Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul" (Genesis 2:7). John said, "For there are three (Persons) that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit: and these three (Persons) are one", i. e. equal in life (1 John 5:7). Moses said, "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord" (Deuteronomy 6:4).
2. The Lord God is Title Name of three Equal Persons who are called the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit in matters of our own creation of life because the Lord God in being the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit created our own body, Soul, and Spirit free of sin when we were born in a physical way upon the earth. Therefore, we must know that the Lord God is the Title Name (the being) of three equal Persons who are called the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit in reference to our own creation of life so that we can serve the Lord our God in the proper manner.
THE NEED TO SERVE CHRIST THE LORD1. We should serve Christ the Lord in being our Redeemer because Christ the Lord is the Title Name of three Equal Persons who are called the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in matters of our own redemption of life.
These Scriptures will affirm that Christ the Lord was made to be the Title Name of three Equal Persons who are made to be called the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in matters of our own redemption of life. This is true because those three God-Persons, who are called the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit in being our Creator, did equally made, Themselves to work and rule in the Title Name of Christ the Lord in being called the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit so that They could be our Redeemer. This was why, "The Lord (God) said unto my Lord (Christ after He was raised from the grave), sit thou on my right hand, until I make the foes thy footstool. Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that the Lord God (who was the being of the Father and the Holy Spirit in heaven upon that occasion) hath made that same Jesus (who was the only begotten Son of God upon the earth because He was the Incarnated Word God upon the earth), whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ" (Acts 2:34-36). So then, Jesus (who was made both Lord and Christ in being our Redeemer, did made Christ the Lord to be the Title Name of three Equal Persons whom He called the Father, Himself in being the Son, and the Holy Spirit in being our Redeemer. This was achieved when Jesus said, "Go teach all nations, baptizing them (into Christ by baptizing them) in the name (which means by the authority) of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit" so that they can become a New Testament Christian by obeying the gospel of Christ (Matthew 28:18-20).
2. Christ the Lord is the Title Name of three Equal Persons who are called the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in being our Redeemer because Christ the Lord redeemed our own body, Soul, and Spirit from the guilt of sin when we were born again in a Spiritual Way so that we could enter into the Kingdom of God.
These Scriptures will confirms that we in being alien sinners must be baptized into Christ for the remissions of our sins by being baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit so that we can become New Testaments by obeying the gospel of Christ. This was what Jesus said concerning the act of baptism, "Go teach all nations, baptizing them (into Christ by baptizing them) in the name (which means by the authority) of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit" so that they can become a New Testament Christian by obeying the gospel of Christ (Matthew 28:18-20). Therefore, we must know that Christ the Lord was made to be the Title Name of three Equal Persons who are called the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in matters of our own redemption of life so that we can serve Christ the Lord in the proper way
THE REASONS FOR SERVING THE LORD1. We were created so that we could serve the Lord. Solomon said, "Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring ever work into judgment, with ever secret things whether it be good, or whether it be evil" (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14).
2. We were redeemed so that we could serve the Lord. Paul asked, What! Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVING THE LORD1. If we want to serve the Lord, we must know Him. Our Lord said, "For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people; And they shall not teach every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more" (Hebrews 8:10-12).
2. If want to serve the Lord, we should obey Him. The Hebrew writer said, "Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him" (Hebrews 5:8-9).
3. If we want to serve the Lord, we need to trust in Him. Paul said, "I know whom I have believed, and am fully persuaded that he (the Lord) is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day" (2 Timothy 1:13). "For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing" (2 Timothy 4:4-7).
THE BLESSINGS FOR SERVING THE LORD1. The Lord will be our helper in this life. The Hebrew writer said, "Let you conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he (the Lord) hath said, I will never leave thee, or forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me" (Hebrews 13:5-6).
2. The Lord will give unto us a crown of life in that world which is to come. James said, "Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: For when he is tried, he shall received the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him" (James 1:12).
THE APPLICATION1. If we want to Serve the Lord our God in the right way, we must be willing to learn that the damnable heresies of the Religious World is what makes a Ranked Hierarchy to rule in Heaven and upon the earth because they are governed by the false doctrines of the Nicene Creed.
2. The New Testament Church of Christ must Scripturally teach that a Ranked Hierarchy can not rule in Heaven nor upon the earth because we can not be ruled by any human creed in matters of New Testament Christianity. For illustrating purposes.
THE DAMNABLE HERESIES OF A RANKED HIERARCHYTHE RELIGIOUS INSANITY OF THE DENOMINATIONAL WORLDOur Lord said, "Ye do err not knowing the Scriptures nor the Power of God" (Matthew 22:29).The Denominational World is still controlled by damnable heresies of the Nicene Creed because they simply make a Ranked Hierarchy to rule in Heaven and upon the earth. Now, there were many reasons why the Nicene Creed was written. For an example, during the Second Century, it became a practice to select one of the elders to preside over the meetings as a permanent president. This elder was called the "bishop" to distinguish him from the other elders. However, the terms "elders" and "bishops" refers to the same men in the Church. So then there is no distinction which is made among the elders in rank, power, rule, and authority. This distinction in name gave "the Bishop" greater authority and power in the Church. The authority of the Bishop was increased until each Bishop was assigned a definite territory over which he ruled. This territory was called a diocese because he could rule over ten different congregations. The Bishops increased their own religious authority until they became known as Patriarchs which means "Chief Fathers". They also increased their own territory to larger districts. In the beginning, there were only three Patriarchs: one at Rome, one at Alexandria, and one at Antioch. However, at a latter time, the Bishops of Jerusalem and Constantinople were made Patriarchs which made five in all. Therefore, the organization of this apostate church is that which led to the writing of the Nicene Creed.
There were many controversies within the apostate church over certain doctrines. For an example, there was "the Arian Controversy" which had to do with the doctrine of the Trinity, especially the relationship which exists between the Father and the Son. There was "the Appolinarian Controversy" which questioned the Nature of Christ, and there was "the Pelagian Controversy" which questioned the doctrines of sin and salvation. Now, in an effort to solve the problems which had resulted from "the Arian Controversy," Emperor Constantine called a council of the Bishops which met in Nicia at Bithnia in 325 A. D. It was attended by 318 Bishops and was presided over by the Emperor himself. Many creeds were introduced as a basis of compromise. However, the final resolution was adopted so that a formal statement of faith could be written. Those statements of faith are known as "the Nicene Creed". Therefore, these are some of the words of the Nicene Creed.
"I believe in one God; the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and in-visible; And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God; begotten of the Father before all worlds, God of God, Light of Lights, very God of very God, begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father, through whom all things were made; who for us men, and for our salvation came down from heaven, and was incarnated by the Holy Spirit of the Virgin Mary, and was made man, and was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate; he suffered and was buried, and the third day he rose again according to The Scriptures, and ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of the Father; and he shall come again with glory, to judge both the quick and the dead; whose kingdom shall have no end. And I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceedeth from the Father and the Son, who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified, who spake by the prophets. And I believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church. I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins. And I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come".
The counsel adjourned about the middle of August. However, this creed finally made the apostate church and the Roman State to be united. Thus, in 606 A. D., the Emperor known as Boniface III became known as the "Universal Bishop of the church". Therefore, "the Pope" became the head of the church and the head of the State.
Our Lord said, "Ye shall know the truth, and THE TRUTH shall make you FREE", i. e. of sin (John 8:32).THE CONCLUSIONTHE DAMNABLE HERESIES OF A RANKED HIERARCHYOur Lord said, "Ye do err not knowing the Scriptures nor the Power of God" (Matthew 22:29).The teachings of "The Nicene Creed" which is endorsed by the Denominational World is what
